Profile

After studying Western cuisine at a culinary school, I honed my skills for seven years at a Michelin one-star restaurant in Tokyo.
My lessons, which emphasize “the beauty of restaurant-quality dishes and the practicality of home cooking,” are highly regarded. I focus on creative plating, key flavor techniques, and clear, theory-based explanations—helping students learn enjoyably and effectively.

I have been teaching as an instructor at Sorisso for over 10 years.

Profile

Reiko was born and raised in the United States. Drawing on her experience working at the U.S. Embassy, she loves sharing Japanese food culture through Sorisso’s cooking classes.
